Happy New Year!
I hope you had a fantastic holiday season, appreciating all that the season offered and taking some time to connect with others.
I also hope you had a chance to look back and celebrate your past year. Did you acknowledge the achievements you made, the hard work you put in, the changes that you experienced?
Or maybe 2015 wasn’t such a great year for you? Did you take some time to learn from it?
So as you start gearing up for 2016, getting back into work and the busy-ness of routine and life, what are your intentions for this year?
Did you set yourself any resolutions? Maybe not? But did you set yourself any intentions? How would you like this year to be different? What would you like to shift for yourself?
As well as what you would like to do this year, who would you like to be?
Here is a question for you to kick off the new year :
If there was one thing you could change in your life right now, with no consequences what-so-ever, what would it be?
Juicy one eh?
If you are really looking to make the resolutions and changes stick this New Year, working with a coach is a great way to do so. A coach can support you as you work out the changes you want to make and help you as you implement them. Having someone to be accountable to really helps make them stick!
So if you want to work with me to help you make those changes and make them stick, get in touch.
Your life is your business. Don’t let someone else run it.
Make 2016 your year!
